My wish list. Sigh.

With the wedding only 43 days away, more and more people are asking me about the "details" of the big day. Specifically what I'll be wearing. Hmm. Glad you asked! We'll start with the somehow-I-will-save-up-the-money wish list:

Don't worry, I'm not crazy. I promise I'm not going to be a giant white sparkle. But I NEED these. I WILL find a way to buy them. No matter how many gadgets I have to sell on Craigslist, hehe.

On another note, have I mentioned how excited I am to be marrying Samuel in 43 days!? No, of course I haven't, because I never blog. But I am so excited. I'm also excited because once the wedding day gets here, that will mean that the semester is almost over. And then I can breathe again. I swear I only sit down once a week. And then graduation will be RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER! Whoo hoo!

That is all for now. :)

This is really happening!

Well....we're engaged!! I guess I have to do the responsible, married thing and actually begin to maintain my blog. I believe it comes with the territory. So for all of you (Kaylee) followers out there, here is a visual recap:
The day Sam proposed, a random family took pictures of the precious moment. They later emailed them to us! How awesome!

And here are our engagement photos, courtesy of my beautiful future mother in law:

...Yes, that was me narrowing it down. You're welcome.
Now for the deets: We are getting married on November 12th of this year! I've never been so happy, and I'm so excited to be sealed and married to my best friend for eternity. We will be getting married 9 days short of our 3 year anniversary!

I knew I'd get around to it sometime...

So I spend so much time on here reading craft blogs and keeping up with friends, but I never actually post anything on mine! I guess reason number one for this would be because I don't feel like I have much to talk about...and reason number two would be I'm pretty sure no one wants to read about my ridiculously boring life! BUTTT I have decided to give it a go anyhow, and we'll see how this ends up.
So today I said goodbye to one of my favorite missionaries of all time. He was there from the verrryyy beginning of my baptismal decision, and he's always lifted me up when I needed it. His name is Elder Perkins! He's going home to Utah on Thursday :( Time has flown so quickly, I just can't believe it is already time. So Sam and I took him and Elder Rose to Applebees for "The Last Supper" (When I say Sam and I, I really mean Sam took us "out", because I'm broke). I cried when I said goodbye, just like I cried during my Testimony on Sunday when I talked about him and just like I cried after church too. Here are some pics do document the goodbye:

It was indeed a sad, sad day. But I plan on going to Utah next semester and Perkins said we could crash at his house! Fun!
